I believe the exchange situation is this: We will have 10 days to make the appointment for the exchange, and 30 days to get the exchange done. 10 days to do both would not be reasonable. I suspect there aren’t enough hours in 10 days to make appointments and do the exchanges. It will probably be pushing it to get the appointments made in 10 days.
I doubt that DC is panicking. They have the FBI, CIA, part of the military, and now 87,000 armed and sniper-trained IRS agents to protect them. As to their being broke, how are they paying those new 87,000 IRS agents?
