It sounds like massive numbers of monsters are involved in crime. One wonders how many people will remain free after all the monsters are rounded up. We can’t defend the country with only, say, 25% of our population still free.

Unfortunately a lot of people who were committing heinous crimes in the sixties are already off this plane of existence.
