I think my retroactive pention, of ($19,98.65), that was supposedly taken from my now closed DirectExpress account and was supposed to have been put in my new direct deposit account, has been stolen, because it’s been more than 6 weeks and the ($19,98.65), has of yet showed up! After contacting the FBU in Santo Domingo several times and then the main office in Baltimore, the only possitive thing anyone knows, is that the DirectEpress account in empty, other than that no one knows anything and again, this will be the third week of the second month since the FBU in Santo Domingo had said, 21 to 30 days to reach my bank account in Aruba, where I have lived for the past 26 years and yes, drawing SS pension, since August 2017! Would it be possible, you might know a person at the SSA, that could see what is going on, please ma’am?
