Hello Miss Judy! Please, forgive me for stating this, instead of giving a comment on your excellent reporting for our Alliance, White Hats, and our real President, Donald Trump/Commander in Chief! So far, I have been in contact with these three establishments, in one way or another several times; the U.S. Treasury in Philadelphia, PA., the FBU (Federal Benefits Unit) Santo Domingo, and the DirectExpress/COMERICA BANK, and each one literally, blames the other concerning, $19,987.65, that was supposedly taken out of my dis-continued DirectExpress acct., was supposedly sent to the SSA and back to the U.S.Treasury, who claims they have never received it and that there’s no need to re-send anything! I’m appalled at the professionalism of these establishments and at the point of helplessness, I’m asking anyone and everyone for help! Believe me, when I say, I’m just a plain ole pensioner, don’t have the money for a lawyer(don’t trust them) and not sure who else could help, to tell you the truth! I just filed all three for FRAUD/MIS-MANAGEMENT, with the fraud hotline, so I might get throwed in jail soon, but after 7 months of waiting for that lump sum to come, I’m beginning to wonder if one or all three are still cabal! The SSA knows, that from Jan. 2022 to March 2022, pension was, $934! April got ajustment to $1247! March my DirectExpress card went hay-wire through April, the same time the SSA sent a corrected lump sum of $17,819, and I couldn’t get nothing out of my DirectExpress acct! Requested from FBU, Santo Domingo, the application for Direct deposit, got it, filled my section out, Aruba Bank filled their section out, I had to scan/ download it and FedX it back to FBU! About 4 days later, FBU sent me an email saying, “successfully processed” and it will take 21 to 30 days to receive your money! NEVER HAPPENED! After at least 7 calls on skyp to the SSA, today, I’m told, that the U.S. Treasury says, they never received BACK that money and that there’s no need to re-send anything! I have a letter from the SSA dated, April 13th, 2022, concerning the amount sent, with their tracing codes if you need them, that was corrected, ($17,819.), and the adjust raise, FROM, ($934.), to ($1247.), of my monthly pension! Then I have another letter from the U.S. Treasury in Philadelphia dated, 08/16/2022, stating, that I had notified the SSA, that my Direct deposit benefit(should’ve said, DirectExpress, which is where it went, cause I was in the process of changing over to Direct deposit), that payment dated, 04/11/2022, in the amount of $17,819 was not received. Do you see the mix-up already the Treasury is saying my (DIRECT DEPOSIT) not DirectExpress, there is two different accounts! I don’t know what the FBU said, but the Treasury are the ones mixed up! NO, I DID NOT RECEIVE THAT MONEY IN MY NEW DIRECT DEPOSIT ACCT!!!! So, after around 7 months of ring-around-the-rosie, I did the above, filed for FRAUD/MIS-MANAGEMENT for all three establishments, with intent, cause I have absolutely no idea, who’s at fault! Please, Miss Judy, I’m so sorry to let myself be so frustrated, that I’d dare use your RestoredRepublic to find help, sorry, forgive me I pray!
