What good is an EBS if the Alliance stands by until after an EMP attack? Almost no one will be able to hear the EBS after an EMP attack – surely the Alliance knows that? Nothing that has a chip in it will work: Radios, TVs, computers, cell phones, cars, possibly thermostats in homes, some home appliances, and probably more. The country will be in TOTAL CHAOS, and people will be unable to get to stores or hospitals, and won’t even know if friends and relatives need help because of no communication. Great plan. Germany couldn’t have damaged its enemies much more effectively than that during WWII.
