According to a current unanimous US Supreme Court decision any election not decided by midnight on election day is void. Why is this precedent decision not used to challenge these elections? All of the 2020 decisions where all the crap happened are void elections, same with the the current crop of undecided contests in all of these various states right now. Check out this case Foster v.
