Evil exists in many forms and this particular person proves that truly evil people simply cannot be repatriated into normal society and sentencing needs to be adjusted to “protect law abiding citizens and less about protecting the criminals”. At some point, with proof of recidivism and a lack of adjustment into society, these repeat offenders should be OUT OF CHANCES – how many people does one need to maim or injure to receive the maximum penalty?
